Eurest is hiring a Catering Supervisor for a full-time role in Fort Worth, TX. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with duties that include coordinating patient meal service and supervising catering staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees catering service operations and ensures service objectives are met.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Adheres to dietary restrictions and preferences while accommodating patient needs.
• Coordinates with nursing to assess patient meal selections and delivery processes.
• Responds promptly to patient concerns and maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains logs and documentation.
