The Catering Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Catering Manager with overall catering activity, support and directing day-of catering operations. The Catering Supervisor will actively supervise, coach, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. The Catering Supervisor enforces all Oak View Group personnel and operating policies and procedures. This role will pay an hourly wage of: $14.00 to $16.00.

Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, and business contacts in a courteous, professional and productive manner.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must work well under pressure of deadlines.
Ability to interact with a diverse spectrum of individuals calmly, professionally, and supportively.
Valid Food Safety & Alcohol Service Permit if required by state and/or county of venue.
Working knowledge of Point of Sale and timekeeping systems.
Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including significant number manipulation.
Ability and willingness to work a variable work schedule and extended hours (including holidays, evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements.
Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy and validity with the ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to delegate tasks efficiently and develop staff to next level.
Ability to adhere to highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to execute solid management decisions quickly and efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
