Responsibilities

• Direct associates during a shift and ensure duties align with policy and procedures.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and help them advance within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
