Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of catering or event planning experience, working with BEOs, and a strong focus on teamwork and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-three years catering operations and/or event planning experience preferred.
• BEO knowledge preferred.
• All education backgrounds eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients; embody 452 Hospitality.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory.
• Document and discipline staff per company policies.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
• Oversee event setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to high standards.
• Knowledge of menus, presentation, and service techniques.
• Perform required physical tasks and operate equipment.
