Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead a fast-paced corporate dining team in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will coordinate event setup, service, deliveries and breakdown while guiding a high-volume catering operation.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in corporate catering and 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication, organization, and a valid driver’s license. Medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years high-volume catering experience in corporate dining or hotels.
• Minimum 2 years supervisor experience in high-volume catering.
• Proven experience in setup, delivery and break down of catered events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven attention to detail in executing client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catered events.
• Oversee multiple events including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and receptions.
• Coordinate with Catering Manager on supplies and staffing needs.
• Schedule and deliver orders and deliveries for setup and breakdown.
