Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Catering Supervisor to be based at the Community College of Baltimore County, Dundalk campus. The role oversees on-site catering operations, coordinating fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining under direction of management.

You will supervise staff, support safety and training, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning service with client needs. Requires 1+ year experience and a valid driver’s license; full-time, varying shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
