Sodexo is seeking a Catering Supervisor at Central Connecticut State University to oversee on-site food operations, including fast casual and events. You will coordinate staff, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting management with daily duties.

With 1+ year of related experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll help maintain a high standard of service and join a team dedicated to creating positive experiences for students and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate routine work activities of service employees on-site under management direction.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time.
• Other duties as assigned per account requirements.
