You will follow our catering manual, event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to ensure each event runs smoothly. We value team members who are reliable, punctual and customer-focused, with awareness of safety procedures and careful handling of equipment.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow all service procedures according to Parkhurst’s catering manual.
• Follow event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to complete events.
• Pick up equipment, supplies and food at the end of an event promptly.
• Ensure rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
