Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Catering Server to join our team. You will serve guests with friendly, professional service and support event execution.

Responsibilities include following the catering manual, honoring event sheets and timelines, and assisting with teardown and item pickup after events. Physical stamina is essential, with standing most of the shift and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking – 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow catering manual procedures for service.
• Follow event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to complete events.
• Pickup equipment, supplies and food at event end in a timely manner.
• Ensure rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
