Job summary

Legends Global Stockton Complex is seeking a Catering Server at the Adventist Health Arena to provide courteous and rapid service to guests. The server will greet guests warmly, deliver items promptly, and maintain a professional appearance while supporting food and beverage staff during events.

Responsibilities include answering guest questions, serving beverages per standards, and following SOPs. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good with people.
• Ability to handle high stress situations.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills not required.

Position Summary

Legends Global Stockton Complex facilities have an opening for a Catering Server at the Adventist Health Arena. The server will provide courteous and rapid service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
• Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
• Does side work during non-busy hours.
• Speaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times.
• Develop relationships with guests.
• Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
• Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Maintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.
• Constantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
• Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Nine Irish Brothers.
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
• Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.
• Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, and no earlier than five minutes prior to shift.
• Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation
