Job summary

Legends Global in Stockton, CA is seeking a Catering Server to provide courteous and rapid service at the Adventist Health Arena. You will greet guests, take orders, pour beverages, and ensure a positive guest experience during events.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following SOPs, learning menus, and working with food and beverage staff to satisfy guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; uniform provided.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARYLegends Global Stockton Complex facilities have an opening for a Catering Server at the Adventist Health Arena. The server will provide courteous and rapid service to guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.Does side work during non-busy hours.Speaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times.Develop relationships with guests.Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner.Maintains a professional appearance at all times.Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.Maintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.Constantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Nine Irish Brothers.Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, and no earlier than five minutes prior to shift.Perform duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
