Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Catering Attendant to assist in Banquets, Receptions, and Catering-Server duties at the venue. You will set up and break down locations, deliver and present food to clients, and maintain professional service for sit-down banquets.

The role requires following health guidelines (ServeSafe), speaking English well, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods while maintaining a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years (21 where applicable).
• Must be able to take direction and effectively perform the work.
• Must follow all rules and regulations of local health authority & ServeSafe guidelines.
• Must be able to continuously stand, walk, push, and/or carry for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and break-down banquet location as required.
• Deliver and present food to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide quality service to sit-down banquets.
• Converse with customers regarding menu, wines, and dressings.
• Set-up and break-down assigned food and beverage locations.
• Deliver, present and display food to clients in a professional, creative, and efficient manner.
• Lead and give directions to Bus Persons and Extra help when needed.
• Set-up and break-down buffets, dining tables, and VIP room locations.
• Deliver and present food and beverage to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follow delivery and function sheets according to menu orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas.
• Organize and prepare supplies for efficient delivery.
• Restock necessary supplies at end of shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Banquets

• Must be able to set-up, and break-down banquet location as required.

Receptions

• Must be able to set-up and break-down assigned food and beverage locations.
• Deliver, present and display food to clients in a professional, creative, and efficient manner.

• Must be able to be a leader and give directions to Bus Persons and Extra help when needed.

Catering-Server

• Must be able to set-up and break-down buffets, dining tables, and VIP room locations.
• Must be able to deliver and present food and beverage to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
• Must be able to follow delivery and function sheets according to menu orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas.
• Organize and prepare supplies for efficient delivery.

• Restock necessary supplies at end of shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, carry and push according to industry standards.
