Catering Servers provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process and assist with many operational tasks in the banquet area. The role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and polished customer service. You will work at formal events such as weddings, galas, and corporate functions, ensuring guests receive a high-quality dining experience that meets the event’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging dining tables and place settings.
• Serving Guests: Serve food and beverages to guests in a polished, professional manner according to the event’s style (plated, buffet, or passed service).
• Guest Interaction: Greet and engage with guests, ensuring they have everything they need for a pleasant dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with the event menu, providing information and recommendations when needed to assist guests with their choices.
• Table Maintenance: Clear used plates and glassware from tables, keeping the dining area neat and organized throughout the event.
• Handling Complaints: Respond to any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, resolving issues quickly and courteously.
