McMenamins Wilsonville is seeking a Catering Captain to manage all aspects of catered events, from setup to breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations. The role requires guiding staff, serving food and drinks, and maintaining compliance with alcohol service and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current OLCC card and food handlers card.
• 21+ years old.
• Previous serving/catering related experience.
• Enjoy working in a busy, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Set up, run, and breakdown catered events from small meetings to large groups.
• Set up tables, chairs, bars, and service areas; serve food and beverages.
• Input customer bills and manage event details; troubleshoot and communicate with departments.
