You will manage client communications, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and ensure flawless service from start to finish.

The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and hospitality-focused skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with client vision in mind.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
