Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. You will drive catering sales, manage relationships with leisure and business clients, and coordinate events to help exceed revenue goals.

This manager role is overtime eligible; you will oversee event lists, banquet orders, and schedules while aligning with hotel standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Catering sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Crush your sales and revenue targets, chase new accounts, and keep clients returning.
• Build lasting relationships with leisure guests, business travelers, SMERF groups, and more; lead sales tours.
• Orchestrate flawless event lists, banquet orders, and schedules with precision.
• Ensure guest and team interactions are upbeat, attentive, and professional; meet catering stats.
• Participate in meetings, promote special offers, and support management as needed.
• Safeguard sensitive spaces and info; represent the company with top-notch judgment.
