Job summary

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to grow event revenue by building client relationships, coordinating tailored proposals, and guiding opportunities from inquiry through booking, in Natick, MA.

You will work with operations, culinary, and events teams to ensure smooth execution, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and deliver accurate proposals and contracts. Prior catering or hospitality sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to catering inquiries, qualify client needs, and develop proposals aligned with event requirements and venue capabilities.

• Manage a pipeline of catering opportunities, track activity accurately, and maintain timely follow-up across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with operations, culinary, and event teams to ensure booked events are documented clearly and handed off smoothly.
• Prepare contracts, pricing details, and event documentation in accordance with company standards and approval processes.
• Monitor sales activity and revenue progress, providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership.
