• Develop customized proposals and finalize contracts balancing client satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on menu design, logistics, and event execution for onsite and offsite catering.
• Mentor and guide the catering team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory and equipment readiness to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Track sales performance and provide insights to leadership while staying current on industry trends.
