Job summary

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales, build client relationships, and ensure flawless event execution. You will develop strategies, source and nurture clients, and coordinate with restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service.

Commission is earned on catering brought in, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, authenticity, and team collaboration as we expand across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating events and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Catering Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve catering sales targets and increase revenue.
• Client Relationships: Source, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all details are managed and clients receive top-notch service.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of catering services.
• Promote Brand Values: Embody and promote The Great Greek's values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity in all interactions and operations.
• Operational Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the restaurant operations team during off-peak periods to support the customer experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering sales, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for our culture and cuisine.
