Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii is seeking an exuberant Catering Sales Manager to join the team and drive luxury events from concept to delivery. You will develop creative ways to maximize profit, achieve revenue goals, and support the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings.

A minimum of 4 years of similar experience and a post-secondary diploma are preferred, with strong leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hospitality catering.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Expert in Catering & Events, strong leadership, and proven sales track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

About You...Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
