Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an exuberant Celebrations Manager to join the Catering & Events team. You will lead events, drive guest engagement, and maximize revenue through creative, profit-driven approaches.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in hospitality, strong leadership and a proven track record in financial performance. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel. About you…

• Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
