Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead luxury events with a focus on maximizing profit and delivering exceptional service. You will partner with clients to design memorable experiences, coordinate with culinary and events teams, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of catering and events experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

About you

Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
