Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Hawaii's Princeville area seeks an enthusiastic Celebrations Manager to lead luxury events from concept to completion. You will drive revenue growth, coordinate with culinary, marketing and operations, and ensure flawless guest experiences in a premium setting.

Required are 4+ years in Catering & Events, proven leadership and sales capabilities, outstanding communication, and flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel. About You

• Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
