Responsibilities

• Source and engage office buyers across target industries.
• Land initial conversations, quote accurately, and close.
• Follow up on quotes and convert first-time buyers to repeat clients.
• Log calls, quotes, and orders in CRM daily and report pipeline weekly.

I'm working with a fast-growing specialty coffee and donut brand with 20+ shops across the Southeast, Texas, and Colorado, and we're hiring the person who will drive its catering growth.

Catering demand is already strong, and most of it still arrives on its own. This role is about going out and getting more. Find new office accounts, get the right person on the phone, win the first order, and turn it into a regular one.

What you'll do:

• Cold call/email offices every day starting with the industries that already buy (tech, healthcare, finance, professional services)
• Find the person who orders food for the office and land the first real conversation
• Answer inbound catering inquiries fast, quote accurately, and close
• Follow up on every open quote until it's won or lost
• Turn first-time buyers into repeat accounts
• Log every call, quote, and order in the CRM the same day, and report weekly on pipeline and conversion by market

What you bring:

• 3+ years in B2B sales with an outbound calling quota, ideally in catering, food service, or hospitality with an existing book of business
• A track record of opening new accounts through high-volume cold calling, not only working inbound leads
• Daily CRM discipline and comfort reading a pipeline report
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bonus points for ezCater experience, OmniRev, and fluent Spanish
