Overview: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering sales and managing relationships with local corporate clients. This role involves proactively identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, customizing menus, and ensuring seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will focus on building lasting relationships with local businesses and meeting sales targets, all while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests’ needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
