About the Role:
Our client is looking for a strong, relationship-first District Sales Manager to lead growth across Eastern Florida. This is more than a sales job—it’s a field-based leadership role focused on building dealer partnerships, increasing market share, and aligning sales strategy with long-term growth goals. You’ll be the key connection between the brand and the field, driving performance through trust, consistency, and purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead regional growth strategy—own the plan, the numbers, and the outcomes
Partner directly with dealers to drive revenue, improve margins, and expand brand presence
Identify opportunities, remove friction, and build confidence across your territory
Align closely with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, and operations—to ensure your region moves in sync with broader company goals
Spend most of your time in the field (4+ days/week) building relationships, delivering value, and staying close to the customer
Grow, strengthen, and maintain meaningful client relationships with long-term impact
What You Bring:
A proven background in regional or territory sales leadership (5+ years)
A track record of developing and sustaining strong customer partnerships
Experience managing dealer, distribution, or retail channel relationships
Previous exposure to luxury brands—especially in appliances or high-end household goods—is highly preferred
A strategic mindset—you know how to build and execute a territory plan and adapt as needed
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a bias for action
A bachelor’s degree and strong commercial instincts
You must live in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana, with easy access to a major airport
Preferred Industry Experience:
You’ll hit the ground running if you’ve sold into or through the appliance, consumer goods, or B2B equipment sectors—especially with premium, design-driven products
Why It Matters:
Our client values long-term relationships over quick wins. This role is ideal for someone who believes in representing quality, building trust over time, and supporting dealer success as a way to drive their own.
And if you're someone who likes to see your hard work show up in your paycheck?
You'll thrive here. Performance matters—and it pays.
