Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of catering, hospitality, event sales, or related management experience.
• Experience in leading sales and operations teams.
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop new business.
• Experience managing large events and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the catering sales pipeline from lead generation through booking, execution, invoicing, and follow-up.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase catering sales, AOV, repeat business, and new customers.
• Oversee event planning and execution for on-site and off-site catering.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and track results.
• Manage budgeting, labor, and profitability for catering programs.
