• Manage the full event lifecycle—from initial inquiry and proposal through planning, on‑site oversight, and final billing.
• Earn commission commensurate with experience and performance.

Menu Development & Culinary Collaboration

• Work closely with our chefs to understand our cuisine and curate menus tailored to each client.
• Stay informed on current food and beverage trends.

Relationship Building & Business Development

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with venues, planners, vendors, and industry partners.
• Leverage your network to generate new business opportunities.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full‑time, off-premise is based in our commissary and on - premise at our venues.
• Weekend availability required; Saturdays are typically the busiest day.
• Successful salespeople work a minimum of 50 hours per week; during peak season, 60–70 hours is common.
• Workload is tied to the event calendar.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $65,000, plus commission.

What We’re Looking For:Experience

• Minimum 3 years of catering sales experience, with demonstrated success in both wedding and corporate/non‑profit markets.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Serve Safe and RAMP certifications preferred.

Leadership & Client Service

• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for personalized client relations and exceptional guest experiences.

Financial & Operational Acumen

• Proficiency in event financials, including food & beverage, rentals, staffing, décor, and related reporting.

Communication & Problem‑Solving

• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills very important.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and make informed decisions.

Organization & Time Management

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Additional Requirements
