M Culinary Concepts, LLC, an award-winning Phoenix-based catering company, is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to grow our Southwest catering experiences. Join a passionate, employee-owned team and help deliver memorable events for corporate clients.

You will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate with vendors, enter orders, and support on-site events. Proficiency with Caterease CRM, a valid driver’s license, and a food handler certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software; Caterease a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and food handler certification.
• Experience in food & beverage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, questions, and enter orders into the catering program.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for events.
• Prepare and issue event orders and updates to clients.
• May assist with deliveries and on-site events as needed.
