M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Sales & Catering Operations Manager to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the Role:

The Westworld Sales & Catering Operations Manager is responsible for supporting sales, Catering coordination, and daily onsite operations at WestWorld and Monterra. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring successful event planning and execution from initial inquiry through event completion.

Responsibilities include developing catering proposals, maintaining accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating food and beverage services, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, and overseeing onsite venue operations. This role works collaboratively with culinary, operations, and sales leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency, financial accountability, and M Culinary Concepts' service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming catering inquiries, develop proposals, and coordinate client communication through event execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through menu enhancements, beverage packages, rentals, and additional services.
• Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue goals, client retention, and business development opportunities.

Event Planning & Execution

• Create, maintain, and communicate accurate BEOs through Caterease, ensuring all event details are clearly documented and distributed to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with culinary, operations, staffing, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of events.
• Oversee onsite event setup, service execution, and breakdown to ensure client expectations and company standards are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, operational challenges, and last-minute event changes.

Venue Operations & Financial Accountability

• Oversee daily onsite venue operations as assigned, including opening and closing procedures, staffing coordination, and operational readiness.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including bank distribution, employee checkouts, reconciliation, and adherence to company cash management policies.
• Monitor event expenses, staffing needs, and operational resources to support profitability and efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, operational standards, and venue requirements.
• Communicate operational concerns, maintenance needs, and opportunities for improvement to venue leadership.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in catering sales, event operations, hospitality, or food andbeverage management preferred.
• Experience developing catering proposals, coordinating events, and maintaining detailed event documentation.
• Proficiency in Caterease or similar event management software preferred.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event logistics, and hospitality service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple events, competing priorities, and changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and reconciliation procedures.
• Ability to provide onsite leadership and direction to employees without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong attention to detail and financial awareness, including event costs, labor, and profitability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
