Requirements:

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the catering operations team to ensure successful event execution
• Updating event information in CaterXpert before deadlines
• Assisting with event setup and execution
• Scheduling deliveries and pickups for rentals
• Maintaining the event calendar and attending meetings
• Communicating with sales, culinary, and booking staff
• Managing payments and deposits, reviewing AR reports
