Job summary

gategroup is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead dish room, liquor/beverage, and related operations in a fast-paced catering environment. You will oversee 30+ hourly staff, ensure adherence to airline specifications, and drive improvements in cost, safety, and quality.

The role reports to Ops managers and requires discipline in scheduling, training, and performance coaching. Competitive benefits and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing, food production, restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong leadership to manage a staff of 30+ hourly employees and drive positive changes.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct dish room, liquor/beverage, and related process employees.
• Ensure quality production standards are met for all accounts and maintain compliance with policies.
• Prepare management reports (attendance, HAACP, labor) as required.
• Oversee safety, quality and regulatory compliance and ensure accurate airline specifications.
