Job summary

Responsibilities include managing events, coaching staff, recruiting and mentoring supervisors, and collaborating with clients to align strategic goals and costed menus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1 year.

• Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff to maximize performance and growth.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of supervisors and frontline employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with clients and operational leaders to align goals and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop menus and manage costing to balance creativity, quality, and profitability.
