Job summary

Mendocino Farms seeks a Manager of Catering Ops to lead multi-unit catering and off-premise execution from Base Camp Home Office in Plano, TX. You will align SOPs, menus, training, and field support to scale catering operations while maintaining brand standards and guest delight.

Excellent collaboration with Culinary, Finance, Marketing, Training, Guest Relations, and Field Operations is essential; 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant experience in catering is required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience with catering or off-premise ownership.
• Strong understanding of restaurant execution and operational realities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence field teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support catering and off-premise execution standards across all locations, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency
• Manage Catering SOPs, including packaging standards, prep workflows, staging, dispatch, and handoff protocols
• Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, and Marketing on menu innovation execution
• Support the execution process and rollout for launching hot catering, including packaging solutions, timing standards, and in-store processes to ensure food travels and presents well
• Build and maintain a scalable playbook for multi-channel fulfillment, including in-store pickup, delivery, DSPs, and courier models
