Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Director of Catering to support planning, coordination, and execution of catered events on-site in Boca Raton, FL. You will partner with the Director of Catering, sales teams, and culinary staff to manage inquiries, proposals, contracts, and seamless delivery from concept to post-event follow-up.

You will forecast catering revenue, maintain booking documentation, mentor staff, and contribute to initiatives to grow catering sales while upholding luxury guest
