Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years related banquet/event experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to train, schedule and direct banquet and setup staff.

Responsibilities

• Trains, disciplines and supervises banquet and setup staff.
• Schedules, assigns and directs the work of setup and banquet staff.
• Monitors payroll daily and controls overtime for staff.
• Ensures tables and floor plans meet standards and BEOs.
• Coordinates with Banquet Chef to enhance member experiences.
• Maintains uniforms, safety gear and on-time meeting attendance.
• Keeps POS information accurate for member events and billing.
• Attends weekly BEO meetings and conducts pre-shift briefings.
