Aramark is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead in Ann Arbor to supervise and support planning catering events of varying sizes. You will ensure brand standards are met and lead staff through setup, service, and breakdown of catered events.

Responsibilities include booking events, costing menus, and pricing as needed, with a focus on safety, sanitation and customer relations. You will participate in training and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises catering operations including staff coordination, equipment rental, setup, service and breakdown of catered events.
• Books events, selects and costs menu items, and prices as needed.
• Assists with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates with internal departments and vendors; participates in management meetings.
• Represents Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
• Ensures sanitation, organization and safety standards via checklists and supervision.
• Participates in catering training programs and helps develop training for staff.
• Supports implementation of Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
