Job summary

You will oversee staff and equipment, assist with hiring and performance reviews, and liaise with vendors and client teams to deliver seamless events. Emphasis on safety, sanitation, and training across hourly and student staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise catering operations including staff coordination, equipment, setup, service and breakdown.
• Book events, select and price menu items as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments; participate in management meetings; interface with vendors and key service users within client organization.
• Represent Aramark at meetings and events to external customers.
• Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards with checklists and hands-on supervision.
• Participate in training programs for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
• Aid in implementing Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.

Education
