Job summary

GCB Services LLC is seeking a results-driven leader to plan and execute comprehensive catering operations across campus venues, delivering exceptional service and driving growth. You will guide teams, align cross-functional goals, and optimize resources to ensure memorable client experiences.

In this role, you will supervise front-line staff, recruit and train supervisors, and collaborate with clients and operations leaders to tailor solutions that meet campus needs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years management experience
• Oversee events and concessions operations at campus venues
• Coordinate delivery of catering services across campus units

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of catering operations to ensure seamless service.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and promote growth.
• Manage people, set direction and deploy resources; evaluate performance and hire/fire decisions.
• Oversee catering operations including transportation, equipment, logistics, and safety compliance.
