Job summary

Café Zupas in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Catering Manager who will directly impact revenue through catering sales growth, manage the restaurant’s catering business, and form authentic relationships with catering clients. You’ll generate new catering leads, coordinate teams to prepare and deliver orders, and uphold a culture of teamwork, positivity, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role fits someone who is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and ready to learn, with a Monday–Friday
