Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Tooele, UT, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading daily restaurant operations. This role offers a defined career path, with six raises toward General Manager and a quarterly bonus plan, plus comprehensive benefits.

The candidate will oversee front or back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and foster a positive, guest-centered culture in a fast-paced environment. Two days off per week are standard.

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail
