Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and foster a positive team culture. This role emphasizes front- or back-of-house oversight, guest relations, and ensuring smooth, well-organized shifts.

With 2–5 years in leadership in retail/restaurant settings and a growth mindset, you will help drive our hospitality and satisfaction while enjoying a stable schedule with two weekly days off and a strong bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
