Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers, assisting with event pricing
• Ensure preparation, delivery and display of hot/cold catering items

• Maintain budget across food, labor and operating costs
• Ensure high quality products and service
• Follow up on all catered events and feedback
• Collaborate with management on menu concepts and special events
• Engage professionally with individuals at all levels of the account
• Oversee care and operation of delivery vehicles
