Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational management experience in catering.
• Knowledge of online catering modules preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and decisive thinking.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train and coordinate the catering team.
• Willingness and availability for a flexible schedule.
• Operational knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers; plan events and price cost-effectively.
• Ensure preparation, delivery, and display of hot/cold catering items and other prepared items.
• Schedule team members for proper event coverage and service.
• Maintain budget across food, labor, and operating costs.
• Ensure high quality products and service.
• Follow up on all catered events.
• Collaborate with management on menus and special events.
• Engage professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Oversee care and operation of delivery vehicles.
