You will receive catering orders, plan events, supervise the catering team, and ensure high-quality service and cost-effective pricing. A strong customer focus and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational management experience in catering.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train, and coordinate the catering team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers.
• Plan events with customers and ensure accurate, cost-effective pricing.
• Oversee preparation, delivery, and display of catering items.
• Schedule staff for events and manage budgets.
• Maintain high quality products and service; follow up on events.
• Collaborate with management on menu concepts and events.
