Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers; work with the customer for event planning and pricing.
• Ensure preparation, delivery, and display of hot and cold catering items.
• Schedule team members to ensure coverage and service for events.
• Maintain budget in food, labor, and other operating costs.
• Ensure high quality products and service.
• Follow up on all catered events.
• Work with management on menu concepts and special events.
• Oversee the care and operation of delivery vehicles.
