Qualifications

• Proven catering/hospitality/food service management experience (2+ years).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a customer‑first approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all catering sales from inquiry to event execution.
• Cultivate relationships with local businesses, schools, churches and community groups.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, staffing and setup for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house for timely food preparation and delivery.

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth and revenue goals.

• Manage catering inventory, supplies and costs within budget.
