Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management or supervisory level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• Financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all catering events.
• Oversees catering events operations, including logistics, sanitation, and facility activities.
• Trains catering associates in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service.
• Tracks labor and food cost for each event.
• Maintains client relationships across management, client, customer and staff levels.
• Assists in all foodservice-related activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
