Summary

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of catering services for meetings, social events, weddings, and corporate functions. This role combines sales expertise with event planning finesse to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability. The manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring flawless execution from initial inquiry to event completion.
