A leading company is seeking an overtime eligible manager to enhance catering sales through proactive efforts in a vibrant market. The role focuses on building client relationships, conducting tours, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while optimizing hotel resources. Candidates should possess significant experience in catering coordination and demonstrate strong sales and leadership capabilities.
This is an overtime eligible manager (OEM) position.
The primary function is to increase revenues and profits by generating catering sales and business (both social and corporate) through proactive sales efforts targeting local, regional, and national markets and clientele.
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Prior catering sales experience with a successful track record is required. Must have exceptional customer service skills and a high sense of urgency. 2-4 years of solid social sales experience preferred.
Experience with Delphi software is helpful. EOE/AA
Required: 5 years of catering coordination experience.
Required: Flexibility and motivation to perform well when given autonomy over schedule and goals.
